Welcome! My name is Angela Bush-Richards and I have been a researcher and educator in the Austin area for 20 years. Education Research Solutions combines experience in research, program evaluation, measurement, and instructional design to improve education opportunities, professional learning, and lifelong success for youth and adults.
I can help your organization build capacity with adaptable, equitable, and evidence-based resources, strategies, and solutions to complex psychological and educational challenges. I have served numerous educators, students, and stakeholders nationwide in research design and methods, evaluation of programs and initiatives, course design, implementation studies, data analysis, and evidence of impact.

Educational Research Design, Program Evaluation, and Implementation Studies
I work collaboratively to customize my services for each client to develop, document, and communicate measurable impact of services and programs. Example services include:
Develop and manage research and evaluation proposals and projects and conduct implementation studies to create measurable results
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis and report to a variety of stakeholders, including grant foundations, university and school district administrators, and policymakers
Develop, execute, and monitor K-16 Institutional Review Board compliance procedures and university SACS accreditation.

Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, evidence of impact, and metric reviews, in topics such as:
